I cant seem to start working out or dieting... any suggestions on getting started and any good programs? thanks girls

I know what you mean. I keep telling myself ok I have to start and nothing. I hope after the holidays I get in gear.

I cant get started either...Every morning i say im going to go to the gym today and then when i get home all i do is sit here at the computer on LIW

I have been looking at pics of myself about 3 years ago and I was in the best shape of my life and I so want it back. I just ordered a video workout tape that was my favorite and I miss placed it and I will get back in shape like I was then. tired of my fat belly

Where do you work out? i hate going to the gym... When i get home all i want to do is relax lol and with the holidays its so hard

i go to NYSC in garden city. Its expensive but its where FH goes so I go along!
