I CANT GO! I NEED TO GET OVER MY FEAR! THIS IS CRAZY!

OMG! I am freaking out! I have to go for blood work today and I am not moving to go because I am literally sick over it. I already feel like throwing up, im dizzy and dont laff at me...Im crying!!!

I am horrible...I need to get over this fear cause its the worst feeling in the world!

its not so bad, just close your eyes and dont watch, it will be over before you know it

aww...i know how you feel...i used to have needle phobia too...
can someone go with you? ask the nurse if you can squeeze her hand...i imagine that they will be very patient and understanding...
the way i helped myself get over it was i figured that a little prick from a needle now might help catch something (far more painful and dangerous) that can be prevented later...you know?

TRY TO TAKE DEEP BREATHES AND TALK TO YOUR SELF. ITS SOMTHING THAT ROUTINE AND WILL BE OVER BEFORE YOU KNOW IT

I know exactly how you feel, I am the same way about the dentist. I literally get physically sick when I have to go there. I end up cancelling all the time, it drives my dentist crazy.

Try to bring something to distract you. When I have to go to the dentist, I bring a CD player and just blast my fave CD with my eyes closed until its over. My dentist is a very understanding man...or probably thinks I am a psychotic. Either way, it gets me through it.

Just squeeze something, take a deep breath. I always made the mistake of watching her fill up the 3 or so viles of blood I'm so bad....but seriously, look the other way.

I am horrible! I am not going. Im going closer to my house tomorrow morning. I am so bad with this..how will I ever have kids?!?

It's REALLY not that bad. I use to have to get it every month for 6 months! with a medication I was on. You'll be fine!

Just don't watch them do it. The anticipation is worse than the bloodwork itself. You'll see.

Sometimes you just 'have' to do it.
Just keep in mind that once it's over it's over. Like the ladies say, don't look. Take someone if you can.

Oh and may I recommend you TELL them you're nervous. I used to hate needles and I'd freak out my docs/nurses by not telling them and then nearly jump out of my skin. They were much more understanding if I warned them. They talked through it so I woudlnt sit in silence waiting for it. The suspense would kill me.

Just take a deep breath and realize hundreds of people do this everyday and walk way alright.
