I can't sleep

It's 1 am and I am still browsing the site!! Am I crazy!!! I need sleep!

I can go to sleep, but then I wake up at 5am.

Sunday night is the worst night. I can never fall asleep. I actually take Tylenol Pm to help me fall asleep....Last night was bad, because I aqm sick but I still could not fall asleep. I finally fell asleep around 1am but I had to get up at 5am. Suprisingly I woke up after hitting snooze once and I was wide awake. I am going to try to go to bed earlier tonight
