I can't stand some people

I had to get a survey on preoprty that we are having a house built on, so we used a surveyor that had previosly surveyed the property before it was subdivided.

We told him we needed it for Dept of Health approval. Monday he says the survey is ready, so we look at it and the house is on the wrong street, since it is a corner piece.

So he corrects it, and tells us well I didn't ask which way, and I just guessed it would be on that street.

That takes 2 days. THen I bring it to my lawyer, and while lokking at the application for the BOH, it needs a blank space 3x5 for the seal. THere is no room for it, so we call the surveyor again, and we need them reprinted.

They call to get him to deliver thm to the lawyer, they say no!!!!

So they call and aks him to overnight them, since I should not have to go and pick them up again!!!

WHen he was told I was very upset baout this, he told my lawyer that I need to ge with reality and this has not taken long at all!!! Well the first set of surveys were done on Monday, and it is Friday!!!!

Hello what did I pay $600 for!!!!

I am fuming!!!! and I can't call to yelluntil I get the surveys in my hand!!!!!

Is this his first day of work?? He guessed what street the property was on and he doenst know to leave space for the DOH. I would be mad too

I dont know how long it takes to get a survey, but if he made a mistake (twice!) he should be super accomodating in getting it corrected.

That's what I felt, and then to insult me, by saying that I need to get into reality!!!

He evidently isn't in reality if he thinks he can get awya with this and treat customers this way!!!!

Theres never an excuse to insult a customer.

My lawyer siad we will blast him after we get the surveys overnighted and they are in my hands!!

I want to put a hold on the check I gave him too, but not sure what my lawyer will say!
