The person who I thought was my best friend has turned into the bridesmaid from hell. She was late for my shower and was the first one to leave. She didn't contribute anything to the shower.
She's blowing off my bachelorette party saying that she forgot about it and decided to have a dinner party for her 3 year old.
She has not been there for me at all. I really don't want her in my bridal party anymore. Any suggestions???

U sound like me u should read my 'should I feel bad' thread. Its pretty late in the game now I think. I wouldnt get rid of her but I would have a real heart to heart with her.

Everytime I try telling her how I feel, she tells me that I am being selfish. She always turns things around and tells me that I'm the one with the problem.

I say talk to her first! Also you wedding is NEXT MONTH? that is a little late to ask her to bow out don't ya think??? I would just deal with it..

I had a BM just like this and i did tell her not to bother but like i said above...it is next month...
