I can't take it anymore!

Why can't I ever get a human on the phone?!
Bank of America has this whole entire automated system...It's so ridiculously beyond annoying...Am I alone in my irritation???

OMG

In all seriousness. I feel your pain...did you try to just push '0' sometimes it will bring you to an operator, and it is usually not in the message or menu list itself.
