I cant take this anymore....

I am coughing so bad I have never been this sick before I am crying my eyes out every muscle in my body hurts I am taking every medicine and vitamin C , Emergen C, Tylenol severe cold , Zythromax, hot shower , cough drops I dont know what else to do !!! My face is soooo swollen If anyone has any home remedy suggestions please post away

Below are 3 popular cough remedies.

a. Mix a teaspoonful of honey with a few drops of brandy.

b. Mix equal parts of lime juice and honey.

c. Combine a cup of grape juice and a teaspoon of honey. Mix well.


i swear by honey, it really soothes your throat, if u have none of the above, just take one table spoon of it slowly....

Natural cough remedy I

1 teaspoon of honey
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Stir mixture in a little bit of drinking water and drink immediately.
Take this 2-3 times a day.



Natural cough remedy II

Freshly squeezed lemon juice ( 1/2 a lemon )
Mix with a little bit of drinking water and drink immediately.
You can take this as many times as you want.



Simple, isn't it? For those who are afraid of sour stuff, use the first remedy. The second remedy is for those who aren't afraid of the sour taste and maybe too lazy to stir in the honey. Both the cough remedies works!

Home remedies for treatment of cough.

Soak almonds overnight. Remove their skin. Make a paste of these almonds with little butter and sugar. Very useful for a dry cough.


Hot tea with lemon & honery
or Drink hot milk with honey at bedtime for cough

It is so bad I havent slept in 2 days im too scared to even relax sitting up in the couch when I cough my lungs feel like they are going to just explode!!

I feel pretty bad too My whole body is aching and I have a horrendous cold. The best part- I can't call in...I am doing my full-time student teaching and I just started last week!
