I can't wait anymore for these contracts to be drawn up!!!!

I am going crazy! I don't sleep and I am so stressed out! Let's go already. The listing agent is totally out of control. We will find out tonight if they will be ready this week. Just needed to vent

I hear ya. We waited a draining 3 weeks for the seller to sign the freakin thing. I was so stressed and worried that whole time. It is a total stress fest. But we are here to listen. You will get through it.

We waited months to go to contract. Try to be patient. (easier said than done!)

It will happen- don't worry! For us, the sellers' attorney forgot to mail the contract back to our attorney- and our attorney forgot to tell us that he never received the signed contract!! It all turned out okay in the end but it was so frustrating!
