I changed my wedding date. . .

Hi girls-

I changed my wedding date yesterday and did a lot of the calling around today. I was originally getting married 3/7/08. We just moved the date to this upcoming Sept. 7. I really lucked out. . .My RH has the room open so they aren't charging extra, my DJ happens to be fully booked all through Sept. and Oct. but the 7th happened to be open and the same with my videographer. I tell you, I think it was meant to be moved up. The only thing is, my photo. (DUET) is all booked up. I am so sad about that. Now I have to start looking for a new photographer that is available in 3 1/2 months. Does anybody have any suggestions. I am NOT pregnant but, other medical issues came up and I want to be married and begin a family one day. I feel like it is fate that out of all my vendors only 1 is booked. I am so stressed now b/c I have so many little things to do. I am going to stay writing on the 08 boards b/c these are the boards I always read and add comments to. I feel like I know so many of you and yet I have never met any of you.

OH wow 2nd bride this week to move up her date to sept of 07...WELL congrats, glad its a decision you are happy with...Good luck planning it in 3 months

Good luck with everything....it's funny, my FH and I were just talking saying how we wish the wedding was sooner...

Thank you. I am def. nervous now, but if we are ready to and can do it we mine as well. I just don't want to forget all the little things I wanted to have.

Oh my gosh, what a change! It really does sound like fate though that all of those vendors were available for your new date. I dont even have my own photographer booked yet, so I'm probably not one for suggestions, but good luck!

Thanks. . .when we first got engaged I wanted Nov. 07 and he thought it was too soon. Since I have completed all the planning and this unfortunate circumstance came up I figured I would just call my hall and see what was available and it all seems to be working out. SO FAR anyway

We booked with Silverfox. They have several photogs and will show you albums with the work of the different photographers. Maybe they have an opening.

Girls on the boards also like 12th night, ADA, Velvet and Thomas Paul to name few I see pop up often.
