I cleaned out the shelves at Michael's tonight

Thanks Christy & the others. I went to Michael's crafts tonight in Westbury and bought 4 boxes of 24 votives.
The vellum in there is expensive so I didn't buy it there.
One more thing off the list!

I went to a Micheals near me and had to get a raincheck for my votive holders. Where else can you get the vellum?? I havn't seen it anywhere else to compare prices.

i think staples is cheaper for velum.

I was there tonight too to get the votives and candles they had on sale! But they had PLENTY left at the store I was at!!

I bought my vellum on line on ebay - it was not very expensive, I think it worked out to about 20 cents for an 8X10 sheet? check ebay though, good luck!

I just got 10 sheet pkts of 8*10 velum at Staples $1.50 each - it was on clearance, and I bought their stock of it

Liz - I agree that they'd look just as pretty in the day, but you might want to decide where they'd be set up. If they are in the sunshine, it may not have the same effect.

Jennbaby - glad you got your bonus buy at Michael's. You're so ahead of schedule! Don't forget the double-sided sticky tape!! And someone to help you put them together!
