I met with her for the first time today.
for instance
'I'm in pain' her response 'your fine'
'My left arm is going to fall off' her response 'good thing you have another one'
oh this is going to be fun.

The results are the best! I had a trainer for a while then paid for another trainer. I was down to a size 2 because I would have training sessions once a week and went to the gym at least 4 or 5 times a day. I miss those days but can't afford one!
So the time may be painful but its worth it in the end!
