It's great and becomes like second nature. I've lost 20 lbs on it... so far!

I joined at the end of September. I was doing rather well on it, 1-2 lbs loss every week but then the dreaded holidays came. I stuck to it mostly and just did the e-tools, temptation really gets to you. From Nov 22 - Jan 22, I only lost 4.4 lbs. The meetings do really help, ask anyone that's on it.
I have to lose another 25 but hopefully I'll lose another 5 by my wedding.
