I quit my job. I started working at the place in October and they have just been terrible! It was a really small 2 person office besides me and they were just so mean! I wont even go into details about the stiff that I have been through but lets just say my last straw was catching my bosses talking about me and my personal life, like how pathetic it is that I am planning a wedding because I am on such a tight budget due to our mortgage and house bills, and I had to take off on Monday because of my dogs surgery and my boss said that I was 'being a baby because its just a f*ckin dog and I took off for nothing! Ummm hello!! What was I supposed to do??? I asked two weeks ago to have one day off to take him in for surgery and care for him once it was done and your gonna talk about me???UGH!!
OK I am done venting and we will be ok... I just have to find something ASAP

wow, how unprofessional of them to talk about your personal life!!!! that is Bullsh*t! You should try to collect unemployment, maybe if you explain the situation to them it will work in your favor, you can always say it was a hostile working environment.....this worked for an ex-coworker of mine.
Good luck with finding something else and just be glad you don't have to deal with such jerks anymore

Its so bittersweet! I feel great that I am rid of that place but sad because I just put to much weight on fh and he can not take on the bills on his own, and there is that huge weight of the wedding... My goal is to find something by the end of next week... I will try my hardest!!!
Cant I just be a wedding planner :) I would love to work in anything weddings!
You should start advertising your services to girls on here. We know you and trust you! Maybe you can start a business or something.

That is horrible. My previous job was like that too... and there's only so much you can take. So I'm in the same position as you - and let's hope we can both find a job a.s.a.p.!!
