I dislike venting about the FH but...

I dislike venting about the FH but...

The FH is making me have second thoughts....for example he's like we should have picked Friday night instead of a Sunday night wedding (I hope I am not the only one girls lol)

Does anyone else get slack from the FH about the wedding process?

I've actually gotten the complete opposite. His answer to everything is 'Whatever you want, dear.'

Have you asked his opinions on things? Maybe he wants to be involved. What is his reasoning for wanting a Friday night instead of a Sunday?

i think it all comes down to that budget you and him need to talk about your preference like for example why does he want a friday and why do you want a sunday?? is it money?? I am having a Friday night wedding...some people say that its inconvenient but i doubt it! i was just at a thursday wedding iN JERSEY!! last week and EVERYONE showed up even at the churched it was packed!! so it doesn't make a difference the people that love you and care!! will def show up! don't make this an argument give it a thought! i hope this helps

I actually have him involved in everything...he's probably too involved lol...

He's afraid a lot of people will not come because work is the next day. That is what STD are for and vacation days lol

I really think the time of the year you are getting married it doesn't really matter if you choose a friday or a sunday because its summer!!! most people will take vacation etc!! so i think you and him really need to sit down and make this decision together!!

my FH just says its my wedding whatever i want that's no help to me it's even more pressure!

Maybe he is just excitied and wants it to be perfect so he is going to think about everything too much

we're having a Sunday afternoon wedding. FH's idea actually. I'm not worried at all. and I agree with Gloria, whoever loves u and wants u happy will be there.

my FH is also super involved and sometimes it creates a few big disagreements. but after a good argument we come to a compromise.
for us music was a big issue as we both have very different tastes. after explaining to him why I want what I want he sees it my way. he got a Viper to drive on the day of. everyone happy now lol

I am having a Sunday night wedding in November and I am not too worried. The people who can go will go and I will have a wonderful time either way because I will be getting married!!!!!

My Fh is not really involved in the wedding planning, he just really doesn't care. He just tells me he wants to marry me and he'll be there. I think that a lot of guys are not involved in the wedding process.

this is true..but we are probably stressing them out... as at least . I think im stressin him out like im stressin myself ..well thats only because we changed to 2 destination wedding locations to LI wedding........

So if anyone wants to get married in Aruba or DR .. lol I can help !! ive been doing soo much researching since July that im done... just done!! lol

and now we are waiting til 2011.. lol imma sit back and relax... we have a venue now :)

My Fh is the same... Whatever i want. A few things he his pipped up about(extra lighting with the Dj) but for the most part he said he would have just gone and gotten married at city hall or whatever and save the money for a house!

FH and I are both pretty indecisive... that has made decision making difficult. I mean we each 2nd guess most of the decisions. You have to remember that everything will be great... because in the end youm and FH will be together!

FH is thinking in terms of a party, which should be on a Friday night as opposed to a Sunday. Initially, I wanted Thursday but the first thing FH said was spend the extra $ for Friday b/c it's a party night. That's all he wants...
In your case though, I would discuss the monetary difference with him and see what he says about the cost of a Sunday wedding vs. Friday night.
