If you want a dance on the bar type place (like in Coyote Ugly) try Hogs and Heifers or Red Rock West.

There's also Porky's which has a thing for bachelorettes. The music is good but it gets very packed, and the crowd is a little young.

I've heard good things about Naked Lunch. It's a bar and lounge.

I've always liked The Saloon (used to be Madison's). It's a bar with a dance floor, which I always think is a good combo cause I like bars, and when I'm drunk, then I'll dance, haha. I went recently, and the crowd wasn't too young. There was a decent range.

Any bars you plan to go to, def call ahead and see if they have bachelorette party packages.
