Yes, you are the founding member of the LNCC (Late Night Cheese Crew), or one of the founding members. But for the record, I did LOVE cheese before I ever came to LIW!!!
It's just that some girls found they have 2 major things in common. Love of cheese and staying up late. And staying up late eating cheese.
And we are talking about the good kind of cheese, not toe cheese or fromunda cheese. Y'all know what fromunda cheese is. Right?

Cheese makes EVERYTHING BETTER!! I just made my famous broccoli dip and used a whole package of kraft shredded american/cheddar cheese. YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM!!!

I do know about soy cheese as I have a student with a major lactose intolerance and soy cheese does not melt well on an english muffin. He hated it!
