I don't have any theme. I am not creative enough to think of anything unfortunately. I think if you have a good idea, it is not to late to try it out.
Don't think it's too late...and you don't have to go full throttle with the theme...just a few joining touches here and there
I don't have a theme either (I don't have the time or the $ to do one). But I don't think it's too late, and you certainly can always just do a little thing here and there so that the theme is there, but more in the background and less obvious.
