Not if you don't want them.
I'd say you need programs if your ceremony is not a typical one.
ETA: your RH will provide a cake cutter and toasting flutes for you...it just depends if you want them as keepsakes...then get your own.
I'm not doing a cardbox, but you do need somewhere to stash your envelopes so I'd recommend at least getting a money bag.

you dont need any of them... the only one i would recommend is the card box, or at least something to hold the cards... it can be a bag or box or whatever you want...
the other things are not necessary, your RH will have them also

most RH's will supply toasting flutes and cake server set...but of course you don't get to keep them. as for a card box, you can go to michaels and get one for $20 thats basic. and for programs, you don't NEED them but i always like to have one for the ceremony to know who is who.

I think toasting flutes and cake server arent mandatory, just items that u want to have for keepsakes. the card box is just a thing of convinience, if u want have it, but nobody will eat u instead of the food if u dont have it the program u dont have to have, that one just to let ppl know how the ceremony will unfold and if there are ppl who dont know about ur customs this explains - again not mandatory

there is no need to have any of them if you don't want. Been to a lot of weddings with no programs. The cardbox (or something like it) is nice to have just to have someplace to keep them for the night.

It really depends on how sentimental you want to be. Nothing is necessary, except music, food and the clergyperson. You will definitely need something to keep your cards and well wishes in, but you don't 'need' any of it! JMO

You don't need any of it. You do need to have something to put your cards in but it doesn't have to be a cardbox, it could be a money bag or just hand them to granny to stick in her purse.

not my granny, she'd mistakenly keep all of the $$$ envelopes!

Re: I dont know ettiquette
you can always do a bird cage as opposed to a cardbox
and you can nix everything else. however, i did just see a program that just listed everyone in the bridal party which was cool
