we signed up for triple play, and we were supposed to get our 'Free TV'...it's been 2 months.....no TV.....wtfff?? don't they know who i am?? good god...what else this week?

i never liked them..they dont explain their billing correctly when i siged up and ended up having like a $1000 phone bill

Trust me I was looking forward to switching to get FIOS (currently I have the Time Warner Triple Play and I like it but FH doesn't)
But I heard so many were having problems so I am NOT even touching Verizon with a ten foot pole... imo I'd rather stick with Time Warner atm.
It took a friend of mine about a year to get the TV and after the first year the price for the triple play got bumped up about 2x what it started out being... she's going back to cable next week actually.
