I didn't have one. And I know some girls swear by them, but I think if you are pretty organized, things should flow nicely.
I made up an iteniery for my BP and they followed it.
We got married at the RH and they reallyhave things covered, they had a person doing the ceremony, a bridal attendent, a Maitre D' and plenty of other help.
