get my profile pic to show up when i post things? but when i look at my account it shows that i have a picture there? am i doing something wrong?

Do you mean chat avatar pic? You might need to resize it. It will be emailed to you, then upload it, If you still don't see it, try the refresh button. HTH

make sure its the 'chat avatar' that has the pic, not the profile. there's a difference.

Looks like you have the same pic in your chat avatar and your profile pic. It's your e-ring on your hand (very nice btw!!), I can see it but you might not be able to bc of the cookies.
