I don't think I love FH...

...because I CAN'T write my vows. I am sitting here, trying to write my vows with a blank screen in front of me, crying because everything I write sounds corny and stupid. I thought this would come so easily but it is so hard. AHHHHH what is wrong with me. I need directon!!!! Any tips?

OMG when I read the title, I thought you meant it literally.

Youll be fine hun. Maybe take a break and write down things you love about him, what you first thought when you saw him etc etc.

Sorry to give you a heart attack! My first thought...I thought he had a nice butt!!!! Don't think I can write that!!!

DOn't stress!!! You'll be fine... I went to all the different websites and found different vows then pulled my fav. lines from each one and it came out beautiful. Just an idea!!

It's very difficult to write about love without sounding trite. The words never seem to express what you feel inside well enough.

The others suggestions are good ones--look online and get an idea of what other people have done. Then adapt it to your style.

I think it might be hard right now cause you are sitting in front of a computer staring at a blank screen. Thats too much pressure!

With me- the most eloquent of words come just as I am falling asleep or in the shower! So what I am saying is, dont force it and it will come to you at a natural time!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I definitely needed some inspiration!!! Hopefully I can come up with something better than I love your sweet arse!

I had a lot of problems doing something like this too-- we each wrote letters to our cantor explaining why we loved each other, etc. and I had such a hard time doing it- when all else fails- be funny..

ETA- these letters were used to personalize our ceremony and excerpts were used.

Try to personalize it with how you met, what he has changed for you in your life, his unique and special qualities(like, I call FH my space heater since he totally heats up the bed), and moments that are you and him. I hope that helps to de=corny it!
