I don't think Xena likes all the changes going on

She has been very bad lately and tonight she is pouting under the computer desk. She is not even watching Derek Jeter with Frankie, something she normally loves to do. I feel so bad for her.

do you think she senses the baby coming? awwww - she'll come around

i read an article that you are supposed to let the pets sniff the baby clothes and all a few weeks before the baby comes home.

Well she is not allowed in the baby's room anymore now that the furniture and stuff is in there. While we were still setting up and before me washing everything we let her have the run of it to get used to it.

We have had the bassinette in the middle of the living room for weeks to see what she did with it as well as the glider in our room and she ignored both.

Yesterday my BF brought her little son over and Xena cautionously approached (he has 2 cats at home so he is not scared of cats) I put him on the floor with my surrounding him. Xena smelled him and he went to pet her and almost poked her in the eye and that was the end of that she took off! She makes me nervous because I have seen her hiss and scratch at other animals but she is wonderful with humans.

I know that I am bring 2 blankets to the hospital and I want the baby to be wrapped in one and then for Frankie to take it home for the cat to smell while we are still in there.

I know she knows there is not as much room for her to lay with me on the couch and that one night while she was laying next to my stomach the baby kicked her.

Frankie doesn't help either. He keeps telling her haha you won't be the baby anymore. I know she doesn't know what the dork is saying but still. Poor thing
