i effin hate UPS!!!!!!

I bought my cousin a whole bunch of stuff off of her registry--her shower is this Sat--and lots of the BBB stuff had to be shipped to my mom's house bc it wasnt in stock. So I'm sitting here wondering why I never got my shipment, decide to track my order with UPS, and find out that they delivered everything to my house (well, my mom's house) ----and LEFT EVERTHING ON MY FRONT STOOP. $500 WORTH OF STUFF. Mind you, the house is in Queens, on a corner, with 2 bus stops across the street. Whatever idiot UPS guy that decided to leave my $500 order on my front stoop made a huge mistake. So apparently my order was stolen, I call UPS, and they tell me that it's BBB's fault for not requiring a signature and that I have to make a claim with them for an investigation. So I call BBB, and start hysterical crying because they tell me a claim could take 10-14 business days and my cousin's shower is THIS SATURDAY. Finally, the nice BBB woman on the phone told me that she will rush me a new order and I should get it by Fri because she feels bad for me.

So moral of the story: UPS STINKS! ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU REQUIRE THEM TO GET A SIGNATURE.

AND BBB IS AWESOME!
