Soo...obviously I am SO excited to have found my dress, but there is one problem now...
When I was going with the Maggie dress I was going to order from Lillette's. I loved working with Geri and she was so patient with me, she really helped me out. We were going to get our BM dresses their too. Since I bought I sample there is no way I can order from her and now that my girls aren't getting a discount there I'd like to try and find them the cheapest price possible.
How do I break up with Lillette's? I know I should just call...but I feel TERRRRRRRIBLE!!!! I'm so worried that Geri will pick up and then I'll have to actually tell HER that I'm not ordering anymore...I'd rather just tell some random person! I'm such a loser, I'm sure this happens all the time but I feel horrible about it

the one thing i try telling myself in these situations is, your not the first person to cancel an order. don't worry they have dealt with this stuff in the past, you will be fine!

I would go with the cheaper place. If you really like lilettes ask them to match the price.

Just bite the bullet and do it. Like Christine said, you are not he first and won't be the last person to cancel.
Or worst case have a friend or your mom do it for you.... hahaha

Just call and do it. I love Gerri as much as you do, but remember she is still a saleswoman and I'm sure has people do this all the time.

I would feel bad too... I hate having to do things like that! That suc ks! Also, Geri seems to always answer the phone. Maybe someone on here knows what days she doesn't work? Sorry,b ut once you get it over with you'll feel SO much better!!

I would also find out what days Geri works and then call on her day off!!! I am too much of a coward to hurt peoples feelings but also agree with everyone else---it comes down to money
