so fh knows that we are seriously cutting back and so tight on money for the wedding but i still feel bad cuz i know he knows about groom's cakes and every time he sees one on one of these wedding shows, he goes, oh thats awesome. i would love to surprise him with one (of a turntable since he djs as his side job) but i just cant afford it at all. they would run a few hundred dollars, right?

I know someone who makes cakes but she doesn't have her own business or anything - I could ask her if she'd be interested in doing one for you and how much it would be if you want?
