a lot of you girls have already gone for makeup and hair trials. should i have done this already? 10-18-08. it's too soon right??? also who are most you using? or trying out? i dont know where to start!

i feel the same way.. im almost at my yr mark and only have hall church and photo booked... totally stressing now... (and we got engaged 9/06) ahhh!!

I'm way behind too. All I have is photo and reception booked. I know what dress i want but haven't ordered it yet

My wedding is 9/26/08 and I have Hall, Church, Photo/video, DJ and Limos booked
I still need flowers and my dress and makeup/hair trials and then book someone then BM dresses and FG dress
ughh i def feel stressed but i think you are fine with where you are in your planning...

I am on my 8th month till and still haven't gone yet. I am starting makeup maybe the end of this month or next month. Hair i am doing next month for a wedding i am going to but i would have to go back to do another hair trial when i pick my head piece.

i always feel like i am behind when i talk to some of the girls who have like everything done! i have my dress the hall and the photographer....and i stress hard! i feel like i need to have everything done now so i don`t have to deal with it when it gets closer. especially a dj but i guess you just need to take a step back and breathe.

i had my make up trial back in may, but had to schedule a hair trial with her sister, bc of our schedules and the busy wedding season now its been hard to do so, we keep having to reschedule. Anyways she called me the other day to ask when i want to schedule it for and if i am definitely interested bc a couple of ppl have called regarding my date. I was set on who i wanted so thats why i did mine now just so i can book them...some vendors book up quickly. If you don't have your heart set on a particular person then i wouldn't worry as much

thank you for sharing. I think that we can do this stuff last if you arent going to use one of the 'in demand' hair and makeup people. I still havent gotten my dress or flowers and I am trying not to stress about it.

I planned on waiting for our one year mark to work on everything else, then started panicking when people were upset the photographer they wanted was booked for their day and it was around my day! So to settle my nerves, I made some appointments We're still waiting til our one year mark to do everything else.

i've had one trial..which was today and honestly i hardly have anything done...just church, hall, photographer, dj and probably the dress..so i know how you feel!

i'm 11-7-08.. still havent done hair and makeup. So far i have RH and church booked... looking at a limo company next thurs ( which i will probably book) and going to 12th night for pics on the 24th. Still need to make appointments for DJ and video.. and i will probably start dress shopping in sept. cause i know i have too much going on in august. I think you are pretty much on schedule.. i wouldn't worry!
