I felt sooo crampy yesterday, that I could hardly stand up. There was no bleeding, thank god. I felt fine when I laid down though. I put a heating pad on the top part of my stomach and it helped it but my friend told me to get it off!! I also still feel slightly crampy today. Is this normal to feel at 10 weeks?
TIA

Re: I feel crampy.
Its probably your insides making room for growth, everything shifts and moves. Yes - I think it is very normal. But to be sure - and have your mind at ease - give your Dr. a call.

Re: I feel crampy.
Sorry that you are feeling that way.. I did have a little cramping around week 10 and still get it occasionally. I told my doctor who said if I had deep cramping and it felt like I was getting AF then I should contact them immediately. Other wise it could just be your uterus stretching that is causing the crampy feeling.

If you really feel uncomfortable, give your doctor a call. But it is normal

Re: I feel crampy.
I had a lot of cramping from week 5 until week last week (14). From what I read, it's just the stretching of the ligaments. It's seems to have calmed down although I still get it when I sneeze or I'm gaseous (TMI!) But you should always call your doc if you are worried!
