I've been doing soooo good this week.... Saving points and all, but today, OMG, I feel sooo bloated!!! My entire stomach feels like it's going to explode!!! Anyone else ever feel like this, or am I a freaking weirdo???

this whole week i have not journaled once. i am going to buy that bracelet tomorrow when i weigh in.
i havent been eating a lot either, i just dont feel like journaling.

I'm with you Marcella, this period made me crave chocolate like it always does. i had 2 chocolate bars this week, and let me not forget a couple of cookies too

I feel yucky today too and I'm way behind on my H2O!!! I woke up yesterday feeling yucky and it's stuck with me for 2 days!!
