So 2 weeks ago I reached out to a hotel to get a room block and the sales manager said that she could block off 15 rooms for us and would send me the contract by email in the next ten minutes. Well that was 2 WEEKS AGO and I still havent gotten it!!!! So for the past few days I have been calling, emailing, and leaving messages for her with no response. So I just called back and asked to be transferred to her and when I didn't get her I called the front desk again and b***ched about it only to find out that she has been in the hospital
I feel so bad that I have been stalking her like crazy but unless she dropped the second we got off the phone 2 weeks ago there is no reason I should have had to wait 2 weeks for a dang hotel contract!

awww that would make me feel sooooo bad.... poor lady. Maybe someone else can take over for her work I mean it would only make sense...is she the only one in the whole entire business that knows how to take care of stuff like that? If so then I don't know what kind of a business they are running.

awww. i totally understand your frustration with hotel .. i deal with them all day long and they either blow you off, or their up your *** for answers, lol. usually when its regarding blocks they are right on top of it or there is an assistant you can speak to when your contact is absent.... . dont feeel like a biotch.. you didnt know she was in hospital and to be honest there should have been someon at the hotel taken her calls in her absence,
