i feel like a looooser

i just moved to NJ with FH...and he has to work on NYE.....my friends are all either going to their BF's families, etc....and my family is scattered...i'm all by myself for NYE!! Just me and Oreo!! Anyone else not doing anything???

i will be by myself from nine until 12 ! my FH is working until 1215 so this year is the first time in 8 years that we will not be together when the ball drops!

I know the feeling all too well. FH has to work also. I really don't want to deal with all couples around me kissing and making googly eyes with each other.

My friends won't let me stay home and thats what I really want to do.

i'm thinking i'm gonna be alone too unless fh takes off work, but if he does work he'll be home around 11

My FH is working as of right now too. Even if he wasn't, he has to be on the train by 4am the next morning so he'd be sleeping.

Shoes theres alot of bridal salons in jersey, not sure how far your looking to travel. In Brick- 91 off the parkway-

Plus GSP mall is close by, as well at short hills etc. they have good places with shoes! .. I ordered mine online so I'm really not good help with that lol

And Jewelry, what kind are you looking for? Real or something that looks real? and tiara? necklace? etc?

Theres a great place in the GSP mall, where I got my tiara, omg i love it lol .. its Managrove & NY

Not doing anything either! We're pretty new to our neighborhood and FH is on-call (working a 30 hour shift). I'm debating painting the bedroom.

You are not alone!!! FH is working until 11:30 so I'll be alone with my puppy until then. I was sad at first but decided I'm gonna buy a nice bottle of wine, rent a girlie movie, order sushi and work on my scrapbook for mom. I'd rather be alone than around all kissie couples. Plus, I don't wanna drive by myself on NYE.

I'm just going to make the best of it.

Honestly, if FH was here, we probably wouldn't go out, since he is adamant that we get home by 10 for NYE! He really is scared of drunk drivers...I sort of agree. I really think it's not taken as seriously in the South.
