Will not grow!!!! I feel like i have been trying to grow it out forever....i think its stuck lol. Anyone feel same way?

take vitamins! everyone on here was saying that they sell prenatal vitamins over the counter. I heard that fish oil helps nails and hair.

Yes, and it's weird because my hair usually grows soo fast. I feel like it should much longer by now.
ETA: And, I've been taking hair/nails vitamins, too!

Anything with Biotin in it...I take one that GNC makes especially for hair/ nails and skin for women. It helps w/ loosing hair as well, I loose an obscene amt of hair in the shower... sorry for the TMI

Hmmm maybe I will add this to my regimin! I just started taking fish oil, acidopholus, tumeric and calcium .. i have psoraisis and the fish oil and tumeric are supposed to be good for that ... if i do not see an improvement by the end of the month or so maybe i will add the gnc one. thanks!

I'm the complete opposite..my hair grows too fast..and i serious can't wait to chop it off..it drives me crazy!!
