be careful with carrots. they can turn your pigmentation orange!!!!
i was on a carrot kick about a year ago. all i would eat where carrots; breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snack. i once ate a 5lb bag of carrots within 6 hours. low & behold i didn't listen & my pigmentation started to turn orange.
