i feel really bad....

my MOH has a lil cousin who she is really close to and she plays with my nephew all the time. even before i got engaged, we would always say that my nephew would be my junior usher and her cousin would be my junior bridesmaid. but now that i'm engaged, i don't really want her in it b/c she stares at me really weirdly. and the other day i saw her looking up my skirt. i don't think i can handle that on my wedding day. not only that, i have a million of my own cousins that i can use. but the thing is, my MOH already told her and her aunt that she's in the wedding!! i mean, i never really fully asked her myself. what do i do? do i give her the boot?

am i mean?

My mom always lets me blame things on her so I would tell her that your mom thinks it should be a family member. Then you're kind of off the hook.

or just say you decided to make the BP a little smaller.. budget reasons!

I agree...there's really not a tactful way out...she def. shouldn't have told them...that's your job!

I think I would say something like that also. You don't have to have her in it. If you don't want her and would rather use your own cousins I say do it. Don't feel obligated.
