Got food poisoning 2 weeks ago felt soooo sick. Thought it would go away in a day or 2. For the past 2 weeks I have been so nauseous, have had horrible stomach pains (FH almost brought me to the e-room on Mon. and the only thing that makes me feel better is eating.
I HATE going to the doctors and am in soo much pain so I got an appt for tomorrow night. Nurse said it sounds like an ulcer. I had one 5yrs ago but it felt nothing like this.
Hoping they can give me meds bc I cant take feeling like this anymore.

ugh seriously go to the dr for that. I know how it feels to feel sick all the time. Let them make you better!

ugh - that totally sux. sorry to hear that. sometimes the after effects of food poisoning linger, but hopefully it goes away soon!

Did you go see a gastroenterologist yet? I had the same problem when I went to Colombia. It lasted for a month. I still have stomach issues caused by the gastritis but changing my diet has helped immensly. It used to be that I ate to feel better but that changed when I stopped drinking coffee and watched what I ate. I cut down on dairy and made sure I was taking my supplements. ALSO have them check you for fatty liver and gall stones. Best of luck and keep us posted!
