I feel yucky

I forgot to brush my teeth this morning....my schedule was thrown all off and my brain was not awake until like 9:30...and I didn't brush them.

j/k. this is the third day im not wearing my e-ring. (left it home monday and havent been home since). so who am i to judge?

Usually for me it's forgetting to put on deodorant... it's gotten to the point that I keep roll on in my glove compartment in case I forget. I usually remember as I'm getting ont he LIE

I dunno if you have access to a drugstore, but those Wisp things aren't bad.

I forget to put deodorant on too so I keep one mini one at my desk!

I also have some Wisps on hand in case of a garlic-laden lunch!

My sister did that Monday but when she got to work, she used the corner of a sticky note to clean between her teeth and her fingernails to brush her tongue, then ate a piece of gum! whatever works!!

This may seem weird, but try eating an apple.

I remember at some point in elementary school learning about how the apple is nature's toothbrush. Now, everytime my teeth feel yucky (maybe I ate something weird, forgot to brush etc) I eat an apple and it makes it better!
