I figure it's worth a try...prayers please

So my FH has been trying to sell his condo in Bayshore for what seems like forever, but in this wonderful economy it has been impossible, plus there were a lot of issues with the real estate office...so we have been paying for TWO mortgages for a year now and as you all know WEDDINGS ARE EXPENSIVE!! So we could really use the money. They are holding two open houses this weekend. Could you all please send us some LIW prayers that we sell this place already. TIA

Would be interested in renting it out? That's what FH and I are doing...we're renting out a Co-op

We are not allowed to rent it as per the 'condo rules'.

oh i feel your pain. we bought our house in 11/08 and my co-op had been on the market since 7/08, it did not sell until 7/1/2009.... ugh, i was paying mainenance of over $800 a month on it and the mortgage for most of that time until dad paid it off and told me to give him the $$ back when it sold). i cried every day, i seriously don't know how i paid for the house and food and everything during that time.

i ended up taking less than i wanted... i should have given in and dropped the price sooner since i ended up paying all the maint anyway.... if you can drop the price to just get rid of it.... everyone told me to and i was stupid and didn't listen... i threw atleast $6k out the window on that main
