I filed a complaint

with the BBB with regards to the quality of service I've received from Bret t Matthews...

And they're STILL not being very nice to me.

Ladies and gents in all your business dealings don't be stupid. You're the client. You make the rules. Don't let them make you feel bad. Get everything in writing, no matter how much you feel you can trust a vendor.

Many people have used BM and their pictures are fantastic..Why weren't mine??? Why are they being so hard on me???
They lied and twisted things around to the BBB. How could they do that??? This was my wedding?????

Even if I was being unreasonable (which I don't feel I was) don't I have every right to??

I really want to just go hide somewhere...I am so sick to my stomach. I have pains in my chest...I don't know what to do...I am crying, crying, crying.

So sorry you're dealing with this. I think someone else on here had some issues with them. I hope it gets resolved soon and that it doesn't taint all the good memories of your wedding day.

You may also want to look into any county, town or state agencies that may have some kind of authority over the company. I don't know of any specific offices, but you may want to try anything that has 'consumer affairs' in the title or attorney generals' offices.

good for you. we were really lucky with all of our vendors, but i understand!

and i totally agree, girls - YOU are paying the vendor. DONT compromise, and get EVERYTHING in writing. no matter how little.
