I finally did it...

I called and made an appt to try on Wedding Dresses at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place!!

I decided it was time for me to stop looking in the magazines and go start trying them on!


Im going next tuesday afternoon.. Should i bring undergarments or shoes with me? Did any of you bring pictures of dresses u liked??

I had a great 1st time experince trying dresses on there. I had no idea what I truly liked. I've seen dresses in magazines and on the net...but that compares to nothing when you actually try it on. I basically explained my likes and dislikes as I was trying it on. Liked this, don't like that...By the time 1.5hrs rolled around I had on a dress that exemplified what I truly wanted in a wedding gown. I hope your 1st time is great!

BTW: They have shoes and bras. I brought my own strapless. I didn't take a picture and didn't try to sneak one either. You can take them as soon as you buy it of course!

When I went 2 weeks ago, they did not give me undergarments or shoes They asked what designer I liked & you filled out a card when you walked in w/ your approx. price range. I showed her pics of dresses I liked. No cameras

I cant wait to go for my first fitting!
