I finally did it!!

I finally broke down and took the plastic off of the 30 day shred and just finished level 1! I thought I was going to die and actually vomit at one point but I got through it. How are the rest of my ladies doing on it? Did you go to level 2 right away? How many days a week are you using it?

I have had it 2 weeks?? did it twice......lol

It is hard and I have a bad cold so am sitting out this week. I hurt really bad after the first time and had to wait like 5 days to do it again!
