I can not tell you the designer because it is not a typical bm dress. I found it in a place in SI . the lady makes the dresses herself..
and i went in there and she showed me some of her work which was awesome. then she brought in THE DRESSS..
it is victorian(sp) looking (nothing i would have picked out).
a blush rose color, corset lace top that ties in the back mermaid bottom that bussels(sp) in the back like in the old days(puff) ..OMG it is sooooooo pretty ..
