I finally lost 4 pounds.............

I'm happy, now that means I only have 21 pounds to go. (Uh-oh, still sounds like a lot We'll see how it goes

4 pounds is better than 0 pounds. Keep up the hard work, just think of the light at the end of a tunnel... it takes a while to get there, but in the end you do. Take it week by week and pound by pound.
