I got the crystals in Michaels. Smallest blue swarovsky ones they had. Needed 2 packs for out letters.
I saw it in a magazine once and just loved it.

that's where I got the idea. I saw a photo of the bride seated with her feet out in front (in black and white, initils in blue), so cute! So I had to make it!
