these adorable magenta shoes for the bridal party but only problem is the heel is really high? you think people will have a problem with it right? Its soo frustrating to want everyone in the same shoe because everyone where different heels!!what would you do.. the dresses are short!
Would you consider giving the bridal party a color of shoe and letting everyone pick their own? That way at least you know they'd be comfortable.

Re: I found...
my cousin has us wear tea length dresses and still let us pick out our own shoes. She gave specific guidelines but then we could get what we wanted in terms of heel height and what not.
i thought it looked cool that everyone was a little different bc each girl could show her personality (and spend what they wanted)

I think if you're going to make everyone wear the same shoe you should ask them all what is the heighest heel they would be ok with wearing. I would be kinda annoyed if I was in a wedding and I had to wear a 4 inch heel all night... but that is just because my feet can't handle it... your girls might not mind but it would be nice to ask them.

I agree with this. I think that as long as the color is the same it would look fine. Might be a bit too uncomfortable for some.

I was in a wedding where we got shoes as gifts and i loooved the shoes and i didnt think it was to high but they were so not comfy but i wore it anyways ..I would like them to have same shoe only because they are all in different dresses and if they are all in different shades of a color and different shoes it might be too much.. I dunno :(

Re: I found...
I was a BM and we had to have the same shoes.. heel was 4.25 and all the BM were complaining about it.. at the reception every bm changed into more comfortable shoes

Re: I found...
My BM dresses are short and I told the girls that the shoes had to be white and open toe but they can be whatever style they want. I don't want to make anyone spend money on shoes that they don't like. As long as they're the same color then I'm fine with it.

I would wear them! But they are high. I know some of my BMs would oppose.

Re: I found...
i would suggest they all get dyeables and then pick what they want. Personally, I would be PISSED if i had to wear them. I can't wear high heels anyway for an extended period of time and never go above 2'. Id be a bridesmaid-zilla. Just my honest opinion...
just ask your girls what they prefer. if they dont care, then that's your answer right there.

Re: I found...
I definitely think it's too high for everyone. Not everyone can walk around in heels all day - I've had people ask me all the time how I do it.
And be careful with Steve Madden shoes - if I remember correctly, they're some of the most uncomfortable shoes out there (or at least they used to be and that's why I stopped buying them).

Re: I found...
Maybe for one of the BM gifts buy them a pair of ballet flats that they can change into at the reception if their feet hurt from the shoes. I dont think those are THAT high that they cant wear them for a little while.

if i was having a big BP i would do this. i love the shoes though but i'd never force anyone to wear huge heels.
