I found a bedrrom set online that i love!!! BUT,

I can not find a store that has it on display. I cna see other furniture by the company and the color sample, but I really shouldn't buy with out seeing it in person right???

A place in Patchogue has the kid set which is supposedly very similar.

I ordered my bedroom furniture online without seeing it in person. I saw other furniture by the same manufacturer at some stores, but I could not find the exact set/color that I wanted. I was a bit wary - but when it arrived it was more than I could have hoped for!

I think as long as you see some pieces by the same manufacturer to get an idea of the quality you will be okay. Maybe if you call the manufacturer they could tell you a place that has it on display? Post the pic of it-maybe someone on here has the same set and you could visit it

Jeanene - What websites di dyou use in picking out your furniture. We have been all over and havent seen anything that we like.

Cindy - I used www.furniturelandsouth.com, popsfurniture.com, www.katemadison.com and then looked at Pier 1 Imports, Pottery Barn, and restoration hardware.

When I went shopping if I saw something I liked I would write down the manufacturer and then come home and search the web to see if I could get a better price. We saved about $800 this way.

Good luck - I know furniture shopping can be very frustrating!

I know what you mean, I am debating doing the same with my diningroom set but I went and saw items made by the same manifacturer to get an idea, i can see it from every angle online I dought I will hate it, and I dought you will either. Good Luck!
