Theracare Back Pain things. They sell them at CVS type places and at Costco. OMG. They are like a heating pad, but not as hot and it wraps around your back with a piece of velcro. I wore one to bed twice now and wake up feeling A LOT better. They aren't cheap but neither is back pain IMO. Just thought I would pass the info along.

It does work great! My husband hurt his back a couple of years ago and I bought those for him when they were on sale and I had a coupon. He *loves* them and he noticed a difference in the pain with-in two days.
They have coupons every 2-3 weeks in the Sunday paper (actually, I think Newsday does coupons on Saturday?!)

I broke my back about 3 years ago or so and of course, it will never be quite the same. I suffer so terribly from lower back pain. Particularly in the morning and after a long day.
