I could not find one. I contact them to find out more. I am dying to have my own business and be my own boss, and a franchise might be a greast start until I completely start my own.

And could the name be any more perfect.

I want to open a gym, that is DIFFERNT then the nonscence you get at commercial gyms. I want service to be #1, where members achieve their goals and feel welcome and can talk to the staff at any time. that is how I run the center I manager now.

That's a terrific way to look at it. That's why curves is exploding. It's personal and easy it's not that comprehensive but it's a semi pleasent place to go regularly for someone that doesn't like to exercise.

Yeah curves is huge, but i am not a huge fan. I went there when they first opened by me, just for PT work and they said, 'I am WAY to qualified.' I can't understand that. How can you be too overqualified with a degree in exercise science and the people work there are prescribing exericse recommendations, scarey to me.

I also don't care for them, because they don't offer calorie or heart conditioning cardio exercise, nor from my understanding offers a variety of different exercising to further challenge you.

I just started going and I actually like that it's mindless. I agree that there is no variety but I do get cardio benefits as my heart rate does increase.

The challenge comes from working faster to get more reps or something. Like I said, I am new there (big step for me:D) and I can 1000000% see where it isn't for everyone.

To me it's a good place to start getting fit and get in shape and then you move on to someplace more comprehensive for a different style of working out.

I can't believe they told you were too qualified to work there - but then the people I see there seem to be people like me that just know how to use the machines. I don't think there's any 'expert' though which now that I think about it, is scarey.

it's not really enough for for cardio/cardio-calorie benefits unles you are doing the raised HR segment at 65-85% of your max target HR, for 30-min or more.

Yes it is great for those new to learn basics and get into a program. then proceed from there.

Cool. I hope their are lots of possibilities for the future

Your FH can do what our friend did, open a bike repair shop on one side and a bar on the other. It's the best of both worlds Though the bar has completely taken over the repair shop
