There was a Kenneth Pool trunk show at Kleinfelds and the designer was there. I tried on one of his dresses and fell in love!! Went uptown to Vera Wang and nothing compared. My mom and I went all the way back to Kleinfelds to try it on one last time and we were sold...tears and all!! Kenneth fit me for his dress and helped pick out the perfect veil to complement the dress!! Crazy that the designer of the dress was right there fitting it for me ...and he is going to send me a sketch of the dress!! Such an amazing day that I will never forget!

How long did they say the dress would need to come in?

wasnt kenneth pool soo awesome, he was super friendly to me, and was giving me all these compliments, i was in heaven!!!

Well I was told a year, I ordered mine in march and they said it wont come in until around next march

Congrats! I also have a platinum dress by kenneth pool..hes amazing! I was at wedding salon of manhassat for one of his trunk shows and bought my dress also when he was there..i have a picture with him as well..its amazing..isnt he such a nice man?! congrats..GREAT CHOICE!

The dress comes in about three months before the wedding. Then they start your fittings. $575 flat fee for fittings no matter how many times you come in.
RE: Kenneth... It was amazing to meet him. I was thinking of taking the tulle and roses off the skirt and he was coming up with different options. It was a surreal experience. He was absolutely adorable. He kept hugging my mom and I when we were crying and saying how happy he was that we picked his dress!! I LOVED HIM!! I can't believe I get to have a sketch of my dress either. Talk about a keepsake!

That is awesome!!! Your dress is beautiful and you look stunning in it!!! That was very cool that you got to meet the designer!
