I found my dress!!!! and Elena Bridal rave!

So I found my dress! (pics in my album)

I walked in and it was the first dress I saw

believe it or not...I was watching hitched or ditched the other night (yes, i am a loser) and I saw the girl tried this dress on and I remember saying to myself wow, that is unusual and beautiful and I tried looking for it online but I couldn't find it....I even paused it and showed it to my FH and he said he liked it a lot, so now I don't have to worry that he will find my dress hideous! LOL

I bought it at Elena Bridal and I have to say it was such a pleasure (A LOT different than my Priscilla of Boston experience) I worked with Tracy and she was SOOO SWEET!

I also ended up getting my BM dresses there, I forget who makes them but pics are in my album as well, the dress will be black though not forest green.

what do you guys think?? ?

It's very unique. . .the lines going across are cool looking and it looks GREAT on you!!!

wow...my mom just showed my aunt the pics and my aunt called me and shes like 'so, I saw the dress...' and I'm like, 'yeah? do you like it?' and she goes 'welllll' so I'm like 'Look, if youre going to say something negative, please dont b/c I already ordered it and I love it' and she was like 'uhh ok....(pause for 1 long minute) and she goes 'is there anyway you can return it?'

so I'm like 'WHY??' and shes like 'cause the stripes are really weird and I dont like them, can you get them removed?'

omg, are you kidding me? thats what I like about the dress, its unique and different.

so I was like 'look, we have different tastes, i put the dress on, got goosebumps and I love it, its my day and thats what I want to wear'

but I have to be honest, now I'm a little shaken up and am second guessing it?? WHY DID SHE HAVE TO SAY THAT?

my gown is VERY different and I've received some 'interesting' feedback from some family members. So I ultimately decided not to share pictures with anyone anymore. On the day of, no one is going to be scrutinizing the details of the gown; moreover, they'll be admiring (I hope) the whole picture, as I'm sure they will with you. Your gown is gorgeous and you will make a beautiful bride. Don't let anyone make you doubt your choice!
