I skipped a week and now I gained 2.8 I ate like a pig for the past two weeks so its no surprise I need to get back and itss o hrd with teh holidays this week and all

Start over again asap . . . I hate having to be so structured to keep the weight coming off . . . We all have our difficult times- just stay positive!!!

I went to Florida for a week and ate like a pig. It;s been so hard to get back on program since i came back.
